BusyParents is an independent Olano publication for readers in Singapore. We publish researched guides and practical explanations, and tell readers where our information comes from.
How we research
We start with original sources such as organisers, venue operators, government agencies and developers. Time-sensitive information is dated, and links sit beside the claims they support. A source-check date describes that review; it does not promise that availability or opening hours cannot change.
What we have—and have not—experienced
Our current guides are desk research and original practical guidance. We do not present them as visits, interviews or hands-on tests. Fictional examples are labelled. If we publish firsthand reporting, we will explain what was done and by whom.
AI-assisted work
We use AI tools to assist research, drafting and website production. That does not make an unsupported claim reliable. Our publishing standard requires checking factual claims against sources, distinguishing evidence from examples and reviewing the finished page. We do not invent expert quotes, reporter identities or customer results.
Photographs and commercial relationships
Photographs include source credits. Illustrative stock images are labelled and should not be mistaken for a named event, product test or development. A link to an official provider is for verification, not evidence of a partnership. Paid placements or affiliate relationships must be disclosed if introduced.
Corrections and updates
If a detail is wrong or has changed, include the page URL, the specific claim and a reliable source when contacting us. Send editorial corrections to hello@olano.ai. We assess corrections against the evidence and update the affected content. We do not promise a response time or continuous live monitoring.
